This is a virtual experiment allows the user to measure the resistivity of constantan.  The micrometer is used to measure the diameter of the constantan wire.  The crocodile clip can be moved to change the effective length of the wire.  The voltage on the power supply can be changed to keep the current at about the same value.  Measurements can be taken of the voltage and the current for many different lengths.  Plotting a graph of R against L leads to calculating the Resistivity.

An AQA required activity.
